2nd grow russian rocket fuel need advice****

hey guys. i had a decent yield of c99 for my first grow. for my second grow ive decided to try autos.(15 russian rocket fuel 5 ak-48's) my setup:

1000 watt hps in a cool tube
6 in exhaust fan
standard box fan for circulation
2 gal containers
soil
6 foot light mover

my plan : germinate, clone dome with jiffy cubes,once rooted transfer directly to 2 gallon pots. keep under t5 floros for 2wks then switch to 1000 watt hps at 4ft distance getting incrementally closer. start a low dose of humboldt nutes 2wks after transplant.

my questions:

What type of soil should i use? for my first grow i used happy frog. too hot?
when should i start nutrients? which nutrients specifically? wat dose? and wat schedule?
how long should i keep them under floros?

any help would be appreciated especially from those that have had success with this strain. thank you.

I've got one Russian rocket going right now it smells amazing and looks awesome I'm 2 weeks in to flower and ive got loads of bud sites and I just started to notice a bunch of resin glands it's only about a 1ft 6in tall it's a hell of alot bigger then my snow Ryder and they started to flower within a few day of each other.. I've also got mine under a 1000 what hps but I'm doing dwc hydro so yea I put my seedlings right under my 1000 watt and it didn't hurt them but that's just me happy growing
