2nd Grow, 2nd Sexing Problem

So, this is my second grow and I am having a similar problem to my first one. I've got a great amount of Co2, constantly refreshed, the right PH in the plant's water, proper, all organic nutes, perfect temperature range, and the proper light cycle for a Lowryder, 18-6.

My last grow did fine for my purposes, about 1/4 oz smokable plus 200 seeds, which is good because I was growing for seeds. This is the 2nd generation from that batch.

The problem is, I have been growing this new plant I have for over a month, (about 6 weeks...) and it still hasn't sexed. I had the same problem with the last grow, and eventually had to force it by lowering the light cycle slowly to 12-12. I am about to do that again, but this raises two questions:

1. I am using several fluorescent bulbs (cool white), to grow with. My space is compact, so I am pretty limited as far as other lighting sources, so they are my only option right now. My plant is not as bushy as other lowryders I have seen, and it is about 10" tall right now. Would it flower sooner on 18-6 with more powerful lights?

2. Is it possible that these aren't actually real lowryder at all? I got them from Amsterdammarijuanaseeds.com

If it helps, I will post pictures later this week.

Did your last plant flower at 18/6? Also did she self pollinate or was it another lowryder? It could have lost its ruderalis flowering trait in the breed... just an idea

It did not flower on 18/6 it flowered about the time that I got down to 14/10. Also, there were no hermies, my two females were pollinated by two males, which were also lowryder.

I have no experience with lowryder but it sounds like you just need to increase the dark period, i always thought though that lowryder would flower under 24/0.

Just switched them out actually. That is good advice. I forgot to switch some over to warms before attempting to flower.

Just in case anybody sees this and wonders what happened, I ended up just buying more powerful lights (T9) and the big plant sexed immediately. ITS A GIRL!
