2 Weeks Into Flowering and Nothing Showing. Smells of Mold. Please Help!

Afghan seeds, no sex except one male out of ten plants has shown. also the plants look good are big and bushy but smells like mold.

Whats a Good nutrients to blast plant into flowering.
