For any1 that is interested I found a link for cfls that have the shape of 2 d's(MORE SURFACE AREA!) for 2.00 each w/inc adapter
Check em out they r only 22 watts
but imma give em a go

heres an ex of the circline cfl w/ inc adapter(they r more expensive but have more lumen put out):
