kind of looks like the start of russet mites. It starts off as canoe leaves and new growth coming in twisted and curled. IF it gets worse ( i hope its just heat ) get some wettable sulfar and spray them before they start flowering. could save it if its russet mites.
its not time yet, you are probably seeing preflower pistils. My original glue outdoors are from clone and have been throwing single pistils at the internodes the entire summer.
it looks like it stressed out and is trying to reveg. The "pods" you are looking at are just really swollen preflower calyx. Just let it go and it might recover but keep and eye out for male pollen sacks because of the stress its going through.
the pistols haven't even begun dieing back. Just stay diligent. The pistols will die back and the calyx will swell up and more pistols will emerge and repeat the cycle.
