This looks very nice. I have seen many people growing with CFL lights though...is this as good?

3 foot plant wouldn't be bad in my opinion, and I definitely wouldn't want any heat issues..it's already so hot in my house.

I see. Yield to me doesn't matter much as of right now. I'm going to start with autoflowers which to my knowledge most grow short.But I'm sure there are many big autoflowers too.
