I've used both and the Phresh filter was slightly higher quality, but in terms of performance they were nearly identical. Buy whichever one is cheapest. In my case the local hydro store had a phat filter available so I bought it to save on shipping.

Based on his wording, "vegetative strong producers" does not imply a question about healthy vs sick plants. "strong producers" to me means vigorous growth, or producing a lot of foliage. Otherwise he would have asked "are healthy plants big bud producers?" I'm probably not the best person to ask...

He didn't ask if healthy plants in veg will do better in flower than sick plants. He specifically asked if "strong vegetative producers are big bud producers".

Not necessarily. I've had some sativas that grow fast and branchy in veg but the buds are small and wispy. I've also had indicas that grow slow and squat in veg, but put out some nice yields of dense buds. Veg strength is generally not an indicator of what kind of yield you're going to get.
