i need help =[ just got my bloombox and when i turn on the veg switch only the lights turns on and not the fan .... is there a problem or what am i doing wrong ?

So i purchased a BCNL Bloombox and well i know nothing of Hydroponics i was wondering if any of you had one that could help me get started in understanding this beautiful machine ?
