I figure she'll start releasing more auxins while its super dark. There is a small window so it would just get like virtual no light for a bit then no light during dark.
Hello all. In the event of this hurricane hitting the coast soon near where I live, I am moving my plants into the basement from the garden, where it will be about 90% total darkness. My question is... what effect will this have on my plant if I leave them in pretty much total darkness for a...
I heard that indicas were the more colorful and flowery tasting buds that were the exotic looking weed varieties. I was under the impression that the sativas were the more commercial looking bud that typically has the dark orange, and in my case red and brown hairs.
I actually flowered these...
I stopped feeding them about mid august, because I thought they would be done by the first week of october, I am slowly learning that Sativas take forever to finish. They are in like 20 gallon pots in case they need to be moved for emergency purposes and need to be dragged to a different...
Here are pics, let me know how long you think. the tops are turning this brownish color while some lower parts are brown tipped with white on the bottom half of the hair.
--edit--- it's drizzling rain right now, that's why the hairs look slimy...
unfortunately that is not the only site they are growing, they are starting to herm all over the plant. My lights come on in about 2 hours, I guess I'll just kill it and see if its smokable. Only about 15-20% of the pistils are red. I guess Ill chop a leaf off and take a look at the...
thanks everyone. It was from bag seed, this was my second attempt. My first were all sour diesel seeds and all 3 were male. This attempt I had 4 females out of 4 but I am moving soon so I left the tent in the crawl space slightly unzipped so I could fit a couple more lights in there cuz I...
title says it all first time grower, i'm just not sure what this is. Week 8 of flowering, I noticed these things growing out of the buds. Wasn't sure if it was supposed to be there. But I also noticed some seeds around the same time as these tho there are only a couple on the plant. thanks!
I posted a few weeks ago and the general response is that it was too early to tell. Well now the lights have been at 12/12 for about two weeks now? Are these males or is it still too early?:confused:
Yea this one wasn't continueing to split off in the 2 leaf growth at the nodes, it looked like a cluster of 4 little oval things in the pic there's those 2 on one side, and 2 on the other side, it just looks like a male flower cluster...I am just a noob it's all good. Just trying trying to...
He probably is stretching for the light bad because the other two are like twice as big and the cfls are like 2 inches above them! That's why I gave him the clamp light too see if s/he can soak up a few extra rays as a helper.
This is the only one thats stretchy out of the three, and the only one that has leaf burn. I was thinking of knocking it down to 18/6, but they other 2 are doing so well under 24/0 I wasn't sure. This little guy here though has his own helper lamp clipped to him with 100watt equiv cfl...
So my first ninja indoor grow is underway as an experiment.
So anyway, It has been exactly one month today since my plants broke topsoil from 3 random seeds. The smallest (height, and thickness wise) scraggliest one of the bunch is the plant in which I need advice on. It has suffered the most...
