Alright I am a card holder my self but my friend wanted to get his card as well and wante to grow for himself but I know you can't be a caregiver with a felony drug charge but can he still grow his 12 plants?

well most bowls are glass with a indent in them that allows you to put the herb into.. this one on the other hand you use fitted glass bowls so you can use a ash catcher, health stone, or normal bowl with it... all the fitted glass i see is bongs... =/
