That my friend is one very large heat sink. Used to remove heat from computer processors. See the copper area at the base? Thats where it sits on the processor. So in the long run it won't be any better for you than the fan in itself, which would need the sink to be taken off it to work for you...

Cupboard is 405mm X 900mm X 2000mm Yeah I'd probably have to use a 3 tub system with a 4th for the res so it all fits in the cupboard, the res can sit outside the cupboard...
