What really annoys me about this site is when people misspell words or write incomplete sentences they get flamed for it. Maybe that person didn't finish school, or maybe he is a little slower than you are? Why cause them grief, just try to help with their question thats what I thought this site...

for a one gallon jug of distilled I take just a tip of a teaspoon of baking soda and add it. the tiniest amount goes a looooooong way.

baking soda in the water worked wonders for me. if you have some dolomite lime, use that as a top dressing on the soil as well to stabilize the ph of your dirt.

You need to use an inline for exhaust, and a passive intake. Use ducting on both, bam light proof. I have the GrowLab dr60 and its light proof 100% using this method.

Build a wooden box, line it with insulation. Or, use about 3ft of duck work hook it up to the exhaust and create a bend, that's what I did and it greatly reduced sound for me

I can use tap water let it sit for a day use some ph down and I'm good? Doesn't tap water contain lots of impurities? Would it be fine if I. Boiled the water?

Lol then poland springs ditilled is a load of crap out my ass. I can't use my drinking water because it contains high lead lvls.

Everyone seems so Positive that all distilled water has the same ph. do a simple google search and you will see that is far from true.

I use drops, and I buy poland springs distilled. The website has a pdf file with info on their water and it states ph of 5.0 for distilled. I also have tested the water with drops multiple times and get the same reading........5.0. Go figure. When I get home ill fill up a cup with soil, water...
