It feeds the plant sugars to help ripen the buds. It also feeds the microbeasties in your organic soil. Just make sure its unsulphered molasses.

I've never heard of that brand before, but I would start off with a very low dose. Maybe 1/4 tbsp per gallon water. It's always good to start off low and work your way up. More is not always better! What are the NPK values on that?

What do you mean by snipping? Like Harvesting? I think White Berry has a pretty short flowering time, it's an indica. You'll have to do some research. But you basically want the trichs to be milky with 20-30% amber. You shouldn't worry about this right now though! Give them some high PK...
