If the
plant was growing great and then suddenly stopped - it means that either that's the "purpose" height for it and the genetical twist has happened or it needs some materials. Did you apply fertilizers?
The size DOES matter but 20 liter is probably enough for your home grow, specially if you're gonna do clonning, go for 36 if you are planning like REALLY big ladies like bout 2 meters tall
Does not really matter but if it's just male-female then most of the seeds will differ. If you want a stable crossbreed you need two females and one of them hermied most likely
