Does the outer plants look alright? Do you think they'll make it to flowering? Should i maybe just replant them ?

A brand called Culterra. They have a potting mix as well as seedling mix. The big pots has maybe 70% potting mix rest normal soil from garden. The small containers is a 50/50 mix of garden soil and seedling mix.

Uber wet? Could it be the type of soil that holds too much moisture? Could it be the roots not getting enough oxygen through dense soil?
