yes true, i think its a hermie , as i have seen pistils on other branches and only one branch has this pollen sacs, very sad to chop it off, but will do if it affects my other plants. Advice please..
If on a female only one stem shows the offending seeds developing, can I cut that stem off to make it stay female? Or is there no hope? Please advice, it will be of great help. Thanks in advance.
Again , this is done naturally by the wind blowing off during and after it rains. So as you said definitely nature takes care on its own. But better to cover during budding stage, to avoid bud rot.
