HLG 200W power supply (6 vero 29c cobs) run at 200W or 225W(maximum)?

I will run them in the maximum this month because I need more light than usually, thinking that could damage the cobs or drivers if I put them at 108%. Thanks, mystery solved.

HLG 200W power supply (6 vero 29c cobs) run at 200W or 225W(maximum)?

HLG185H-C500A The driver goes from 95 watts till 225watts. But it is rated for 200W maximum. I run 6 vero cobs vero 29c with it. Why not run it in maximum? Not everyone has a watts meter to verify it runs more than 200 watts. And I have a HLG320H-C700A running 6 cobs vero 29c, it goes from 105...

    How much electricity hydroponics use?

I'm lucky where I am smart meters are not working yet (they put them on the houses, but because the network system is not working yet, it is the same as old meters) And I already ordered cobs (half the price of quantum boards)

    How much electricity hydroponics use?

US people are very lucky about that rule. In Europe people use a lot less electricity. Probably 300W for each bedroom is ok for Europe, but I have no idea about that. If someone has an apartment with 2 bedrooms. Usually people pay $40 - $80 / month for that (Europe). If they put more 300Wx 2...

    How much electricity hydroponics use?

120W is a lot. I think I will not change to hydro yet. A laptop uses only 20W. I prefer a laptop because of that. Since I started growing I'm very careful with electricity bill. I need to buy a house and will have a 750Watts computer and no more soil. I will have the perfect temperature and...

Possiblly, the problem is with my low temps, and Critical+ 2.0 is more sensitive to cold? I will start a thread with good photos after the flip, possibly someone will find the problem.

They finish 1 week earlier but with small yield correct? I think I prefer use 80 cri and bigger yield. If I get 3000k 80 cri cobs and add red leds what will happen? I have to buy new cobs, not sure if I buy 80 or 90cri. I read experiences, where they put side by side and better yield for 80...

Vero 29 c bougth from Digikey not correct bin option sent

I think I understand now, thanks usually there is 2 types of bins: flux and ctt FLUX is important for plants, it means more light/most efficient cobs. CTT is relative to color, not important for plants, because very small variation, bigger the bin number, bigger variation color between cobs...

Some months ago I bought some seeds because 700g only in 45-50 days! I have to try it! But very difficult strain to grow... I'm growing some of them together with another strain. The other strain is very well, but Critical + 2.0 is always with problems. Possibly my other strain (I don't know...

    How much electricity hydroponics use?

How much electricity the pumps use in 1 day, 4x4 tent? My 25 watts carbon filter is working 24 hours/day, 1 day it uses 24*25 is 600 watts/day. But I don't find that information for hydro pumps! There is any difference between pumps make a lot of noise and pumps do not, except the obvious...

In future I will buy quantum boards, but at moment the difference between quantum boards and good cobs is very little, if the numbers they give about lumens is correct. QB288 V2 Quantum Boards from HLG 50 watts 196 lum/W 23 watts 206 lum/W

At Bridgelux pdf, they write a x instead 2,3, or 4 BXRC-35E10K0-C-7X and the 3 numbers have 196 lumens/watt at 56.7watts, no difference, but I will run them at 33 watts for more efficiency!

Vero 29 c bougth from Digikey not correct bin option sent

Some months ago I bought from Digikey some cobs vero 29 c, the most efficient cob ever made, or it was some months ago. I bought the 30 E 10K0 C 73, but not arrived exactly that model, but 30 E 10K0 C 72, the difference is between 73 and 72. Is that good or bad? At Bridgelux pdf it says that...
