The other mix is victory gardens soil.. with alfalfa, rock phosphate, and kelp meal mixed in.. and about 30-40% perlite.

Yeah I used syrenges (plastic tip 100mL) to pull water out... Turkey baster would work well also. I got tired of pulling the water out every time I watered, so I bought a flood tray, drilled a hole in it, and built a table underneath it. Then I put a bucket under the hole and it all drains...

they are in ffof with 50% perlite... really basic mix.. i'm working on different soil mixes now.. But those are 4 different phenos, each a different seed from a pack. No cloning :).

Pick up some 6" clip on fans, and blow under the canopy to move around the hot air under the bulb.. it will help the plants a lot... I'm lazy so I hooked up 4 of them instead of installing an oscillating fan like I wanted to. It's also good to pick up an inline fan to pull in fresh air.. I like...
