Thanks for telling me that though. I knew it had to be the soils poor drainage, or the time released nutrients in the soil that caused it.

Like i said, they have recovered. The markings are from the horrible cheapo soiil i used that was literally soaking wet 3 days after watering. They were transplanted into seedling soil mix 4 days ago which was when the first leaves stopped dieing.

Both have recovered. Phew...

@Hilo I've checked one seedling and six new leaves have appeared in the center since transplanting which was 24 hours ago. The growth has been stunted since Sunday which probably has something to do with the soil compaction of the rubbish i was using before. What do you think that means...

Yea the new leaves have no marks, and 2 more leaves just appearing, but it has only been about 5 hours since i transplanted so . If it happens again with the seeds i'm germinating now in the special seedling mix with my 7 pH water i'll probably never grow from seed again lol

@tabasito Yea i actually flushed the time release soil thinking the nutes would flow out only to learn that just pops the capsules releasing more fertilizer. It wasn't a problem at first but you can tell the nutes were picking up everytime i watered. They're in new soil now that only contains...

I have a low pressure water heater so it has cold spots on top perfect for the seeds. Not too warm, and not too cold.

I just use guano super grow, and bloom. $9 a bottle for 250ml of organic nutes, can't go wrong with that.
