If it didn’t affect the growth or harvest just enjoy!
Blue red green … doesn’t make a whole lot of difference imo.
When you put it outdoors it will grow like an outdoor plant.
Right now it’s growing like an indoor plant.

I know that smell when you crack open a fermenting kimchi.
If you’re not the one craving/eating it, it can be revolting.
It’s not one where the smell makes you hungry.
Tasty as all hell though.
Only tackle what I want to.
It’s easier to trim and easier to dry if you harvest the tops first. A few or a dozen at a time.
Then I get the next level in a week or two.
No rush.
