It’s June 11. This is my first trip to the farmers market this year. The fava beans were waterlogged. Had to pass. Tomatoes were colorful, but still early. I opted for some morels, Swiss chard, baby zucchini, spring asparagus and pea shoots. I might have to just give in and make some fresh pasta.

Why? I’d expect goodness with those ingredients.

Disagree. There’s enough of everything in a full spectrum. Red ain’t making that plant stretch. And again, nothing wrong with the plants. :peace:
