I am taking the pots out some times to check on roots and to chech ph/ec in the res. Can light harm?

They are 20 days after sprouting. Poping air bubles are sprinkling roots with water but they are not submerged.

Thanks for your response guys. My plants are about the same size as on the picture. How much ppm should I give them? They are in rockwool cubes in nft system. Some roots are showing in the bottom of the cubes. I will use RO water.

Hi guys. It is my first grow. I am using nft. Found a chart saying I should give around 150ppm for seedlings and about 250 for early vegging. My question is how do I now when my seedling is in early vegging stage? Thanks in advance for any help.
