Welcome to the world of genetics. Even though those seeds may have produced with the same parents, you'll get phenotype expressions. I think that clones are the only way to have identical plants, but that isn't a possibility with autos.

What I can tell you from my hydro experience is size matters... Trying to keep a stable rez when working with just a gallon of volume is going to be fun.

I agree with c2g, pics of the entire plant will help with an assessment of its condition. Also, try to include some info on your grow-age, lighting, feeding regimen.

I get random mealy bugs showing up on my outdoor girls every year. Nothing extreme, but enough to create some sooty mold to show up on the affected areas. Since I'm only running 3 plants I just squash the f-er's when I find them on the plant(gotta be stealthy, they will jump off if you're too...

Overall, it looks manageable. The only observation I can offer would be to reinforce your outriggers on the two runners. As those form nice colas, it'll be challenging to keep them from flopping to the ground. Looks very promising.

Yeah, I agree that running that much light in your grow can be challenging. Based on the tent size, you may want to look at dividing it into 4-3x3 blocks, so using a 320-watt qb-style fixture over each block would give you great results.

I don't see any useful specs on ppf output, but based on power consumption it should be able to generate sufficient light levels to flower a 2x2 footprint. It should be fine.

Because I live in GA, I will always utilize HST/super-cropping on my outdoor girls to keep the plants from getting too tall. Learned that lesson on my first outdoor grow with a 10' tall monster(my avatar is a pic of that one). I utilize a cage made from wire field fencing about 30" in diameter...

I make my shatter with ethanol, but I always utilize a heated crucible to warm my crude before purging. My etoh pro does a great job of recovering the alcohol, as well as post-processing.

Have to agree with the comments. If you're attempting to build a multi-bucket RDWC system, use at least 2" bulkheads.
