I am just letting it grow. Have to deal with 110° temps currently so I can't just let them sit there. Have to keep moving fans and lights. I have the light, but real struggles keeping temps down.

Tried giving her to much light. Moved light further away.

Week 4 Day 3 Nothing done. New leaves have not yet shown any signs of burn so it seems it was probably from me giving it to much light at some point earlier on and then fixing it.

Tent not here, but did have the 6" 440cfm Vivosun inline fan waiting. Moves tons of air. About as loud as I thought it would be, but still within reason for my area. Was really hoping to get the tent first, but will update when next change happens.

Day 4 Abandoned plant for Las Vegas for a day. Stem grew to about 3" while I was gone. Transplanted into a mix of potting soil and perlite to a 50/50 ratio. Also placed to 6" from the light.

I think she's looking pretty good. I think getting the photo plant up to week 4 taught me a lot. I'm no expert obviously, but I would really suggest anyone starting invest into learning and understanding at least a little about lux and other aspects of light and light measurement.

Sound or smell really isn't an issue. Pretty quiet out here so just kind of out of sight out of mind. Don't mind more noise/value.

I can run the intake to cooler air. That will probably be my plan. Maybe I should go with a 6" or an 8" with a higher CFM and user a smaller on the exhaust.

It can be on average of over 100 outside over here and can get upwards of 120 for the week. The area is not AC cooled, yet, so all cooling would pretty much come from the fans.

Currently have 2 400w HPS/MH kits ready for purchase for lighting. Have 4" inline fan @ 195 CFM for intake and a 6" @ 440 CFM for exhaust. Probably no filter. Any thoughts? Maybe more air movement on the intake?

I'm at work, but I am reading everything. I was looking for light mitigation, but honestly I'm just looking for a single decent grow and then reinvest. I could wait for the better equipment in a couple months, but lose out on a lot of the learning. I am budgeting as well, but would like to learn...
