    Help with Trichome ID

In a week or so I will probably start my own "time to harvest?" thread. Can some kind soul please tell me how do you start one of those little votes which I occasionally see at the start of a thread?

    Help with Trichome ID

Well I voted for "harvest in stages" and was a little surprised to find I was the only one who has voted that way. You see I have been checking my own grow today with the scope (estimate some 2 weeks to harvest) and I checked top colas vs. piddly little stuff at the bottom. I have about 90%...

Yo welcome to RIU. Nice pics. Looking very decent ! Can't see anything i'd change there, except well, more light wouldn't hurt... Good luck. Keep us posted and let us know if you have any issues.

    Really Worried!!!

I think you are very brave to go hydro as a novice grower. I wanted to go hydro when I started but my equipment supplier advised against it saying "there's too much can go wrong with hydro." So I've been using soil ever since. Sadly this means that i cannot help you a great deal.. however that...

    Removing yellow leaves

Looking very nice actually for 2 weeks in :) them buds are gonna be huge! provided nothng goes wrong til harvest. Buds on my current grow are similar size but I'm 6 weeks in lol. I guess this is difference between 600W and 250W grow... Hmm interesting, I was led to believe that auto plants are...

    Really Worried!!!

Yo welcome to RIU ! It looks like a little nutrient burn. Need to be really gentle with nutrients on young plants. Diagnosis would be easier if you give us the whole rundown on your grow setup.

    Confused and worried.

In my experience starter leaves often go a bit weird shape or unhealthy quickly. I usually refer to this as "growing pains". The plant is just acclimatizing.

Weirdly shrivelled leaves on one strain

Yo Dr.Who how are you so certain that this is sativa dominant? The leaves seem fairly wide to me. I'm not questioning your judgement I just want to learn a little more about the tell-tale signs.

    Confused and worried.

No doubt that's common with outdoor grow (or if you're using garden soil) to get other little things making a home in your soil. We get lots of that with our tomato plants which are in the garden in pots. There's lots of stuff flying around in the air. Just pull em out soon as they appear. No...

    nanner situation. what to do?

little update. the situation seems to be under control. Pulled 2 nanners off each affected plant yesterday and only found 1 nanner in total today. They are fairly easy to spot so unless there are some that are hidden right inside the bud it seems to be a totally manageable problem so far. I feel...

Yellowing on start of week 4 flower

I had that exact same issue about 2 weeks ago breezee https://www.rollitup.org/t/specific-problem-specific-solution.826976/ Started feeding with 2-2-4. It created some other issues but it stopped the yellowing :) Good luck!

    Problem caught early. Any solutions?

ok that's very heavy on Nitrogen and not so much Phosphorous or Potassium - definitely veg-oriented. Go with no more than half dosage what it says on the bottle and then observe ur plants over 2-3 days. Just 1 application of nutes then plain water until u think they might need more nutes...

    nanner situation. what to do?

Nah I don't need the seeds, have 2 clones of the strain waiting in veg room for next grow... it was stress for sure, i didn't feed these plants any nutrients for first 4 weeks of flower and they suffered from that. So I know better what to do in next grow with this strain. I guess it might be...

    nanner situation. what to do?

sorry for short answer malicifice and thanks for your reply - do you mean continue with picking off nanners and I will get seeds no matter what? have you had any experiences with nanners?

    This is really bug me..

Well leaf color is very nice so I don't think you have any nutrient issues. I would guess that over watering may have also slightly affected the new growth. Maybe humidity issues also. What lights you using?

    This is really bug me..

What's really bugging me is the lack of information and a concrete description of your problem. 3 pictures of fairly healthy plants and 2 grammatically incorrect sentences is not much to work with...
