I go dark for 24-72 hours dark. i notice its a little more shine maybe not noticeable to every one, but what i really like the dark period for is i can get the room super cool for those days and it will bring out great colors and i feel that my stuff is a bit firmer after wards.

Usually i sleep the day away and get well rested about the time my first garden turns on. Its just this time so i can be rested for this event. Sometimes a grower's life is a lonely one.

I am up nights taking care of the gardens. Making sure that nothing goes wrong. I can't go to sleep today because i have to get back on schedule to be up on time for that farmers market tomorrow . I am so drowsy i feel like like im in a haze. Have to resist bed its so hard.
