    Citi Powered Armoire Conversion

Day 31: Recovering well from the transplant, but looking a little crowded again. All the essentials and some quality time with the ladies. Not too much, just thinned em out a bit. Recovering well from my fuck-ups. Maybe a week or so and it's time to flip!

    Citi Powered Armoire Conversion

Day 30: Making progress. But... Fuck. More boy parts. #2 started out looking female, but ended up popping a bunch of these nutbags. However... #3 finally popped some pistils! #5 still hasn't confirmed, but I'm not seeing any male looking pre-flowers so I'm pretty confident I've got two...

    Need some guidence

Oorrrr.... 20-25 4 ft. Bridgelux EB strips. At 700ma that will get you 600-750w but your coverage will be almost perfectly uniform, like sunlight.

    Need some guidence

I was referring to the LEDs, the HPS will put you at about 40w per sq. foot, which is good, but like Cobby said, it will struggle to adequately cover the far ends. Personally, I would do 2 rows of 5 cobs on 4 ft. bars at about 70w each. Will give you plenty of light for flower, and you can...

    Noob with a new Timber

The UPS guy that delivers to my work just drops the packages from about 4 feet up every time, no matter what it is. Fuck UPS, will never use them for anything.

    wire for vero29 build

Solid core wire will always be stiffer than stranded of the same guage, and 14ga is pretty thick.

    Need some guidence

Definitely not enough juice for that area. Though 10 plants in that space seems like a lot. If you want to run a scrog, maybe cut your plant count in half. If you really want to run 10 plants, maybe try sog instead.

    Sun boards or quantum boards?

Less diodes, unknown build quality in the sun boards. Plus QBs are "hot" right now, so they can get away with charging more.

    Sun boards or quantum boards?

Sunboards have PPFD per board listed on the website. Who knows if that's accurate or not...

    Sun boards or quantum boards?

As has been stated here, they are the same thing. Diodes are in a slightly different layout. Who you buy from just depends on your morals I guess.

Carbon Filter killing negative pressure/exhaust...why ?

I figured out my problem. This Vivosun filter is only set up to suck through... I guess there must be some kind of baffling inside to prevent back draft. I had it set up to blow out and it just wasn't working, so I pulled it out and flipped the booster fan around, and it pulls through no...

Carbon Filter killing negative pressure/exhaust...why ?

Meh, those fans cost more than my whole setup lol. Once I get a tent I'll consider it. Trying to keep it cheap for now, was thinking this one or similar...

Carbon Filter killing negative pressure/exhaust...why ?

I'm having issues keeping temps and humidity down in my cab. I have two 100cfm axial fans running full speed and it just isn't enough to pull the heat out. I am pushing through the carbon filter if that makes any difference. Looking at getting a ~200cfm inline. Is there any real difference in...

    Quantum Boards 3000K 80 CRI vs 3000K 90 CRI

I feel like to be really "scientific" you would need to run an identical setup in both tents. If one side proves to have an overwhelming advantage, I guess that will give an idea of the effect though.

    Water cooling surface area requirements

Is there a rule of thumb like with air cooling? What kind of flow rate is needed in relation to water temp?

    Citi Powered Armoire Conversion

Day 28: SCROG net went in today. Still waiting on pistils. Almost there! Net might be a little high, but it gives me the option to run 5 gal. pots, or set these 3 gals on wire racks, which I'll probably do soon.

    Citi Powered Armoire Conversion

Day 26: Fuk. Sad day in the garden. #1 started showing clear signs of sex, and I got some big fat nuts. Alas, good news is two of the others are showing female, and the last is still a little shy. Pretty much sums up my night. Coming along. And then there were three...
