I try to keep the soil moist, but I go a day or two without covering the soil with more water. If you are watering those every day or two they are overwatered. Sorry just trying to help. Hope things work out.

Yep even in those pics the soil under the top dry layer looks soaked. As I said dig down a few inches and it should be dry before you water again. Also in the future wait until they have 3-4 developed nodes before up-potting.
