I recently upgraded my veg cab from cfls to led. They look healthy, but growth has seemed to slow. Shown is a growing tip that has a red tinge to the new growth. Buildasoil.com has a large inventory of amendments for recycling your soil. I ordered their https://buildasoil.com/products/buildasoil-craft-blend-nutrient-pack. But I think that adding more fresh compost is the main thing.
