Hook up a couple 90 degree PVC elbows into an S shape, maybe add a couple inches of pipe to the outlet on each side, and paint the inside black. Boom.

Hit her with the nutrients man! Since you're in a soil-less medium, there are no nutrients available to your plant at all. She's living off the couple PPM that get by your RO filter and whatever's in the CalMag/Mammoth. Start with a very light feeding and work up as she gets bigger. Best of luck...
