Dude take a bunch of pics and post them. It's easier to diagnose! LST the top new growth out of the direct heat/light that should help. Or raise your lights.

Dude you had them way to far from the light! you need like another 300watts to get toppers. I'd also put some in the middle of those! They'll fill in real fast than!
