Give them a little time I have seen them take ten days to pop I usually spray them a little bit when It gets dry maybe try that:blsmoke:

Cannabis plants can take quite alot of shit my first grow I put outside at 2 weeks it was maybe 10 Celsius but they bounced back and had semi okay yeilds

Depends on how cold it is if it is cold dont but if it is warm in your house go ahead
