I'm a new grower. I'm using Roots Organics Original Potting Soil I may've slightly overwatered yesterday. My pH is adjusted to 6.0-6.5 however here are the pictures: any reccomedations/suggestions are welcomed!

These two just sprouted, watered barely with a spray bottle a few hours ago, might've slightly overwatered though.

I read everywhere to germinate then I saw this video on youtube titled: PLANTING SEEDS VS PAPER TOWEL GERMINATION! (GERMINATING SEEDS EXPERIMENT) I'm obviously completely new to this but the video made me plant straight into the ground. I'm germinating new seeds now assuming a few of these...

Purchased a small one today. Thanks for the suggestion. I plan on watering daily until the seeds pop up (by watering i mean making sure its wet again, I won't be creating run-off). Thanks again

Believe it or not I did exactly that about 30 minutes ago, 5 have slightly open tap roots, 4 are completley closed, 1 was lost in the digging lol. Thanks so much for the suggestion, the ones with tap roots, I was careful not to disturb them. I ended up spending 5-10 minutes looking for each seed...

48hours later - no sign of anything, however, I didn't germinate beforehand. I also think I may've put the seeds a bit too deep averaging .75inch to 1.5inches probably. Re-watering now with 6.0-6.5

I'm hoping to get some clones soon from a friend. I think I may've planted the seeds a bit too deep, about an inch and a half at most. Gonna wait a few days. Thanks so much for the positive responses!

Thanks so much this and the other method you suggested. I'll be trying the empty pot method tonight and using that as a standard. Thanks!
