You should never pull your plants from there pots could cause shock and stunted growth however looks like your plants are a bit root bound I agree with checking ph and possibly bumping up feedings to 75% plants in small pots will need to be watered more frequently and require heavier feedings...

I just hang mine in the tent hole and just remove any dry crusty leaves if I dont have any plants on the go if not I have a ghetto cardboard box zip tie drying set up

If I'm not mistaken it's a genetic deformation I bet the stalk was also flat like a pancake they talk a bit about on the strain hunters Morocco video. I've had the same thing

Nice I dont have that many but I do have some skunk autos from strain hunters I just picked up I'll probably run one of those along side two photos and veg the shit out of the photos till the skunk is ready to chop.
