It does indeed feel like they perform the same purpose to a point. thats the thing.. Sounds to me like using enzymes will kill off any beneficial bacteria. I think I will inoculate in veg. Use enzymes at the flip to break down the dead roots and clean up the medium followed by re-innoculation...
