Again post a study showing any benefit to “flushing”. How much can 1-2 weeks of water and nutes cost? It makes as much sense as an athlete preparing for a huge event fasting and only drinking water.
Calcium deficiency shows on newer growth. More likely this is a phosphorus deficiency. But as requested above more details will help get better information.
Remember that old adage “You get what you pay for.” Practice with bargain seeds so you have some experience. Then go for quality genetics. AK Bean Brains sells direct. Email him at [email protected] and request his master lists. He’s also on RIU.
Saves nutes and starves the plants. We’ve pulled blind taste tests on “experts” for years. Oh yeah they can definitely tell the organic grown. And whether it’s been flushed too. Total BS. And if flushing is beneficial to the taste where’s a test showing it? I posted the one showing it doesn’t...
Ever built a hot rod? Ever built a house or any building? Differing opinions and theories abound on each eh. Same for travel or many other ventures humans engage in.
Flushing is BS. You’re not douching the damned plant. It’s not going to crap out anything eh? It has no alimentary canal. It’s a plant. Name one other domesticated crop that’s “flushed” before harvest.
Even with those I wonder. Got a sealed breeders packs of Critical Orange Punch. Dutch Passion. Only 1 popped. Let them know and got nothing. Assuming they were old or poorly stored. Or both. My first and last purchase from Seedsman. My buddy loves them. He grew out their Gelato OG and it was...
Just tried checking some of the available strains and breeders on Seedsman. It’s not working. I just think there’s far better sources although their exclusive Gelato OG is pretty damned fine.
Nothing if you are knowledgeable about the various breeders and know what you’re looking at. If you don’t it’s far better to go with some place like JBC.
As stated earlier it’s mostly genetics. And you have to pay for good genetics. Not exorbitant prices but not cheap Seedsman prices. Start looking into quality genetics.
