Those leaves look odd. Whats your watering schedule? pH? Well, city, rain, ro? They seemed stress. Where they recently put outside or transplanted? As far as pest, i cant tell if the leaf is deformed or has been muched on. Could be a lot of things not all of which are insects.

I think where true organics get confusing is that you aren't feeding the plant your feeding the microbes. Worm casting or compost tea add these microbes, your amendments and plants feed microbes, microbes feed the plant. Top dressing is a good thing cause it allows you to change what nutes...

Yeah what @shulby said. I keep some base mix (peat/pumice/compost) before the amendments for seedlings/clones. It has the benifical microbes and some nutes. Plus you would already have it on hand. Transplant into full mix and should look better in about week or less.

Desiccant would certainly remove moisture but i am not sure the effects it would have on your plants. Assuming it isn't toxic i would worry about affecting the smell of the flowers. Also may need alot depending on grow room/box size. If soil maybe adjust waterings as to not leave soil saturated...

They are blowing the air out of the grow right? If answer yes then Increase temp. maybe another light. This is if your grow can handle it. Or an a/c Or an dehumidifer I like to start with the cheap and easy options first.

Good microbes need o2, without it they die. Both good and bad guys need moisture. The basement doesnt sound ideal but i would still try. Even test this method out with a small bucket of soil. Getting o2 the that soil and letting it dry, doesnt nee to be bone dry but dry, it should kill the bad...
