    these are just chinese boards that someone has imported these are all made in china even propper quantum boards are they are cheaper on alibaba you just need to ask the proper questions about components and the voltage im going to start selling these types of boards soon and other custom boards...

    the clustering seems to solve the low par at the edges of led lights i supose you could also do this by driiving leds at the edges more than the others or using brighter high power leds at the edges

    thanks found them just looked at both the samsung has slightly better numbers but only just they are 757 Nichia i think as on the pics you can just make out the notch in the corner are the 660nm red also Nichia then ? are the Nichia s lots cheaper then ?

    thats why im planning on making the same my self as the leds are like 4p each i was playing with this idea any way but was not sure if i was going to make a chilled board type light with clusters or a bar . this option would be alot cheaper as its mainly lm301b leds with only 12 osrams per pcb...

    the only reason im looking into this is because of the Evolve EV700 https://www.progrowtech.com/evolve-series/ they run both at the same time with some 660nm and they recon that with both going its close to a 4000k and also you can turn the blues up during veg and and reds down etc so...

    your prob better running 200w ish drivers as there lots cheaper also if you went for vero29 s you would get more light for you money prob 6-8 of them to equal a 1000w hps
