Might not have been your fault. We popped hundreds of beans this spring using the paper towel method. Most strains did very well pushing 100% while a couple others barely made 10% if that,,, I say it's seed/genetic quality. They sat in paper towels for 2-4 days (in a room 80-85f) until the tap...
