I love my CFL's. They are a great supplemental lighting. They work GREAT on seedlings and clones and then are added light to your setup. I definitely prefer the performance from my LED's though

And because what is said on these threads greatly influences lots of new growers, myself included, on a regular basis, we should be promoting ALL grow setups and helping suggest ways to make whatever setup they chose more effective.

I personally am all for HID setup cuz that's how my dad, uncle, grandpa etc always grew. And I admit that I spent quite a bit more than my wife would have liked on all my LEDs. I'm currently looking into an HID setup for my new grow area for my mother plants in fact. What my point is I guess is...

Very nice brother. That blue red spectrum makes them go absolutely wild it's pretty awesome! They look like happy little young ladies! I'd like to put a couple outside in the ground myself once I clone. Still have alot to learn though trying to pace myself. Best of luck. Will be following!

Yeah I had a few minor issues already:/ but neem oil keeps them at bay I've also upgraded my lights enormously so no need to go outside anymore!

Actually in the process of building a 5 foot wide by 5 foot long by 7 foot tall grow box out of 2x4's, mylar, and aluminum foil in our guest room. But I plan on moving several outside for mega harvests but first I'm gonna clone clippings from each and make sure they root

I found that paperclip to pot trick here on rollitup lol and there is a combination of mostly LED, CFL, and the one t-8 for seedlings. Thank you! I will be checking out your grow now!
