Given it's peatmoss heavy mix. I'd suggest it was sulphur deficiency, before iron. Looks more like sulphur deficiency, too. Testing pH will tell.

I wouldn't rely on runoff. Test the pH properly.

Each photo, the soil looks too damp, almost soggy. What size are your pots? How often are they getting watered or fed? It certainly looks like lockout of some sort. My suggestion is, you're watering too often. Or the soil's holding too much water. Or both. Also, that's a lot of peatmoss and...

As I said, I think you're better off following the chart and using the trio, after plain water. Whether you choose full strength is up to you. I think you'd be better starting at about half. And, if the plant likes it, you can increase EC to whatever after.

My Bluelab Truncheon's got 0.4 ec / 200ppm 500 scale / 280ppm 700 scale. .333 sounds about right on the 700 scale?

And double check your meter and all that. 350ppms isn't much, by any means. You could easily be higher. If meter checks out...maybe opt for the trio + stick close to the chart dosage / ppm? Just play it by ear. See how they do after water. I would pH to 6.5, myself. Organic, water only, I...

That's ok. About pH6.5 should be good. Some wouldn't even bother. Your nutrient, I'd follow manufacturers recommendation for pH, though.

If it's under 7.5, I wouldn't personally bother growing in soil, or potting mix. Matters a lot more what's actually in the water. 150ppm, or whatever, isn't a lot.

Then, I really can't see it being a nitrogen deficiency. Not with that NPK. Yes. 10 gallon pot - 1 gallon runoff.

Not a flush, just plain water. 10%+ pot volume's worth of runoff. If you haven't been watering to runoff, when you feed or water, then I'd say it's partly what you're dealing with. Then what's it's NPK? If it's low on nitrogen and you've been giving full dose, etc, makes sense, no? After plain...

I'm not suggesting a blanket approach, just the plants you're concerned about in the pics. Get good runoff. Then give some time, let it dry, before deciding on what to do next. You can always add more nitrogen, later, the following watering.

Are the other plants larger, than the one in pics, too? Maybe you're just overdoing it a little. When was the last time it had plain water?
