haha well to be fair, the hoops were part of an old carport I had laying around in the woods so I chopped it up and made it work. The plastic was like 20 bucks I think and pvc is cheap. I’ve been a welder for 15 years and have a shop at home so why not lol

The hoops are steel pipe I welded together, and I used pvc pipe the long way to brace it. The whole thing including plastic cost me like 30 bucks

Hard to tell from this pic but you can see I have a plastic “umbrella” covering my plants just over the top. It’s just cheap clear plastic and has been fine all year

I second waiting it out. It’s the consistent rain you have to watch out for. They can handle occasional rain just fine. It’ll be worth it to let them fully mature

Not sure what’s going on, my plants seem to have completed stopped growing. All the buds look like there still in week 3 of flower, just a ball of pistols. I haven’t seen any significant growth in a couple weeks. They look 100% healthy otherwise, not a deficiency in sight and great color and...

I’m in south east mass. Def have at least 4 weeks left for my girls. Super late as opposed to last year. So far, all plants are super healthy but man are they growing slowww. Like way slower than normal

Thanks for the tip! I’ll have to try that. Luckily I have some thick mulch which should keep the soil well insulated. It gets pretty warm during the day still. My girls still look super healthy so I’m not too worried about it yet.

i have had fans on them consistently fortunately. Guess I’ll ride it out and see what happens
