It looks fine to me. As long as there is drainage in the pot. Water it, let it dry out a bit, a few days. With my seedlings and clones, I water them 100% till its dripping from the bottom. Then it takes a few days to dry out. when its light, I water again, but I don't let it get like bone dry.
