Can't say,but it sounds high for an indoor grow,I think the number 1 thing is clean water and plenty of light,but try it if you have issue's when in seedling or veg state then you will know.and use distilled water .use distilled water at seedling stage cause it doesn't use much water /pot size...

4 or 5 gallons of water every other day do you get any run off I would not think so,??? I use a 7 gallon air pot and water every 3rd day and give her 3 gallons with just alittle run off, saturate the soil more, may have dry spots in the soil water alittle and wait 5 min then water more so it...

keep them indoors with 26w cfl over each one at 3" away until the weather gets better,thats what I had to do this year I had the same issue kept raining and cloudy ,I just kept them under cfl until the weather was better
