Roots have no problem breaking through the mesh netting.

Not to mention...a dome makes it very easy for a seedling to remain hydrated. When it doesn't need water, it wont look for any...which means that roots will develop more slowly. Just my 2 cents.

You will probably tear the roots if you transplant those right now. You could certainly do it, but I can't reccomend it unless you know what you're doing. Wait for the roots to hold the medium together, it might be a week or so. You don't need the humidity dome at this point unless your...
