I said for flowering, osmocote is a little low on the P so I was going to add some nutes into the soil with higher P, I dont think its going to affect it too much. And I only put about 1/3 of the recommended into the soil for the osmocotes.

Where are the seeds from? bagseed? Try and get a picture man, will help a lot, but I dont think. When germinating them you waited until the root sprouted out of the seed like a half inch, or what? and I have had seeds that even germinated took 4-5 days to start sprouting up through the soil...

Are those peat moss pots inside the soil? If so give them a tug and see if they come out completely, sometimes those things take forever to decompose, maybe part of the problem with not enough space for roots, I usually rip them apart while they are moist/wet when transplanting any plant

To me it looks like nute burn, little overwatered, and possibly a little bit of heat stress from the looks of the twisted leaves.. hard to tell though.
