what are some opinions on high wattage CFLs (150-200w) what spectrum is most important or what will help grow a bushier plant?

not tru, i have a blowfish it would be like 7ft including the pot if i were to not bend it. im using 2 150 cfls on a bright wing 1 red 1 blue and using red side lighting, i beleive that you want like 1/3 in the blue spectrum and 2/3 in the red. blowfish is a bigass plant tho and grows very fast...
