Major difference bewteen "blackstrap" & general unsulphured molasses near harvest?

Thats it man, exactly! In my professional career I decided years ago if it EVER starts to feel like "a job" or monotonous chore, or the day I feel I have no more to learn, I will head down to the local McDix & start flippin' fries & patties!

Who thinks TRUE "MTF" (matanuska valley thunder-f%#k) seeds are truly available online???

Yeah...basically just the title! And I intend to direct this question more so to Alaskan natives (people native to AK...lol!) or really anyone who lived in the valley & took part in growing/distributing/smoking during the 70's-80's. I was born & raised there from the late 70's on through the...

Major difference bewteen "blackstrap" & general unsulphured molasses near harvest?

1 of 3 (random bag seed strains!) that have reached the "finish line"! Kind of spicy with a fruity initial flavor and almost a 'cedar meets watermelon jolly rancher...!" aftertaste! Super pleased and so is my wife!

Major difference bewteen "blackstrap" & general unsulphured molasses near harvest?

Good stuff, as always I attempt to keep the beneficial parts, trash the useless/unecessary...(useless/unecessary are subjective as usual!) but I'm referring to the content of the comments and how they apply or benefit me and my grow. Anyway I agree with most of the "bottom line" info. In pretty...

    My flowered clones are drooping...?!

To whom it may concern/any interested parties... So fast forward a few weeks since my original post about the flacid monster cropped clones. I forgot to mention these aforementioned clones we're ALL pushing 6-9" inches tall! Kinda a ridiculous heigth but hey, I worked w what I had! And low &...

Major difference bewteen "blackstrap" & general unsulphured molasses near harvest?

Sure, that makes sense. And no kiddin' huh? So what direct, absolute benefits have you personally experienced with the "nectar o' the gods/herculean extr." products prior to yield? Bulkier yields/buds? Or just general healthier or more trich coverage? I'll definitely at least do some online...

Major difference bewteen "blackstrap" & general unsulphured molasses near harvest?

Oh also I guess "near harvest" is a bit subjective...I meant a few weeks (2-3 1/2 ish)

Major difference bewteen "blackstrap" & general unsulphured molasses near harvest?

Yeah...cool. Thanks, kinda what I figured. Have ya heard of using pure organic cane sugar (like mentioned below) in lieu of molasses? That sounds interesting! I might have to experiment w that a bit! Thanks btw!

Major difference bewteen "blackstrap" & general unsulphured molasses near harvest?

Ahhh, gotcha. Haven't gotten into any fish related proteins as of yet because I guess I haven't found any need...well other than as a compliment to the organic compost I more or less freehand, I'm pretty sure I add some sort of "fish meal" in there. And pure organic cane sugar eh? Yeah, I've...

Major difference bewteen "blackstrap" & general unsulphured molasses near harvest?

That sounds....hard to believe I guess I would say, (just the "doesn't help near harvest" part) since the plants continue in their respective soil they've been in, feeding the micro herd seems like it would have some benefit, in veg., flower, pre harvest, etc....weird. All input is appreciated...

Major difference bewteen "blackstrap" & general unsulphured molasses near harvest?

I'm just wondering if the stock factory store bought unsulphured molasses is as good, or is possibly lacking anything compared to one specifically titled "blackstrap" unsulphured molasses? Do they both benefit the soil the same & help before harvest?

    My flowered clones are drooping...?!

Wth?! I thought I replied to this!? Ok well COOL & THANKS mang! I'm giving that a shot as we speak...er type! Well, I'm actually taking a few cuts for clones (this plant was originally a flowered/monster cropped/clone herself) from her, now I'm lettin' her bush out some more before I put her...

    BUDS LOADED W TRICHS...BY ACCIDENT

Ahh, yeah that sound's killer! I remember trying what was claimed to be "tutti frutti" well over 15-20 years ago in my "hay-day" (when I used to smoked tough...!) also a tropical, Hawaiian strain, light yellow-ish green w light orange hairs and a helluva sweet fruity taste/smell! Kinda fluffy...

    BUDS LOADED W TRICHS...BY ACCIDENT

Ahhh I see what you and Ilovetoskiatalta are gettin' at...I think. So leave some leaves & small shoots behind after the main bud harvest & throw her back into veg.? Cool idea, one I HAVEN'T done before but have recently done a little lookin' into...sounds like a plan, I appreciate the thoughts!

    BUDS LOADED W TRICHS...BY ACCIDENT

Yeah absolutely true. I've found a few consistencies that run the gamut for most mari-hoochie but it seems if you want the upper level nug, dialing it in is the only way. I assume your tropical strain is nice though right?

    BUDS LOADED W TRICHS...BY ACCIDENT

Well, I have one bag w roughly 20 or so seeds & they seem to be all of the same type. However the other seeds I have all seem to differ, some dramatically! & yeah, I was runnin' short on jiffy cubes (or whatever the proper name is of the little dehydrated starter soil pucks!) so I had to pick...

    BUDS LOADED W TRICHS...BY ACCIDENT

Yep I did exactly that! Though for some reason I forgot if I had to take them directly off the plants main stalk or if they could be cut off indirect branches so I did both! Also I still have a "monster crop"/flowered clone, now a bushy, healthy plant in veg. & kickin' major booty from a...

    BUDS LOADED W TRICHS...BY ACCIDENT

THERE WE GO! Took some doin' but THIS is what I was refering to...see those weird "glittery-goo"laden spots?! And some of the nearby trich coverage? THAT just kinda popped up! It's almost in chunks, or like a coating in certain areas of the plants buds!...I can't flippin' wait to dry/cure/stuff...
