Cinderella dont go too crazy with flushing until you get that ph meter.. if i were you i would go to your local pet store and get a ph strip kit for like $15 until you get your meter. Because your flushing ure plants with an unknown ph # from your tap water or whatever water source your using...

how did you check soil ph??if you used one of those soil meters those are never accurate.depending on when you last watered You want to flood your pots with water 2x the size of the pot. so if its a gal pot you wanna flood it with 2gals,etc. get some kind of bowl to capture the water drained...
