Until you cure out some of the harshness, it's difficult for the flavors to come out. Although I will say I've seen more improvement curing using organics, some of which taste amazing, like friggin candy.

I would agree, I run a 400w in a 3x3 tent, with a cool tube it's a bit on the low end of the lighting needed. For that size room two 600w would be near perfect.

I forgot, you can also go by smell if it starts smelling like mildew, let it air out. Once it starts smelling dank jar it up and shake it up.
